At the crossroads of contemporary art and illustration, with the help of artist-in-residence Jonathan Br\u00e9chignac, it welcomes us for a multi-sensory experience, ideal to recharge. Jonathan Br\u00e9chignac&#8217;s artistic installation is based on the past and present history of the H\u00f4tel-Dieu \u2013 a former hospice turned social home. It integrates with the space, which becomes a place of rest and discovery open to all. Various artists and craftspeople are welcomed to play with the simultaneous use of mediums and offer a total art experience, inviting us to contemplate, smell, taste, listen and touch.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The animation and mediation are carried out by l&#8217;Artoth\u00e8que Sud. Visits are provided on a regular basis, and creative workshops are organized in partnership with residents of the Maurice Albaric social home for young people, the city center leisure centers and the elementary school La Placette.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A number of convivial events and activities are also organized for the duration of the Contemporaine, including meetings with artists, performances and concerts.
